Senior Project Manager - Construction

The role of Senior Resident Engineer is a high-level position within the construction industry, responsible for leading and supervising works on major building construction and deep excavation projects. This involves collaborating with senior management, quality professionals, and project consultants to ensure compliance with statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, and construction administration principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by senior management, quality professionals, and project consultants.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

This requires strong knowledge of construction management, quality control, and supervision practices, as well as excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity.

  • Strong knowledge of construction management, quality control, and supervision practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
