Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Department Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between sales, delivery, finance, legal, and marketing teams.
- Organize internal sales and bid management administrative tasks with precision.
- Take structured meeting minutes and track action items through completion.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action on agreed deliverables.
- Assist Sales in maintaining accurate opportunity data within CRM systems.
- Bid and Tender Administration:
- Support the creation of timesheets and opportunity folders for each new bid.
- Coordinate internal contributions to compile required documentation.
- Manage version control and proper archiving of bid documents.
- Understand the entire bid process and guide Sales in bid activities.
- Centralised Billing:
- Review contracts to comprehend contractual billing milestones.
- Maintain billing trackers and triggers.
- Prepare invoicing requests with necessary supporting documents.
- Liaise with Finance/Sales/Key to submit invoices.
