We're currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Representative to join our team. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our cloud-based communications platform.

As a Digital Sales Representative at Twilio, you'll play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them. Your primary focus will be on our email solution, SendGrid, but you'll also have the chance to work with other aspects of our Communications BU.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. Experience in technical sales and a deep understanding of cloud computing/communications are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert guidance on our cloud-based communications platform and its applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
