**Job Title:** System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvement and ensuring seamless alignment between business users and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business users to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams by articulating business requirements and translating technical propositions into actionable insights.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and plan deployment.
  • Collaborate with vendors and solution managers to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.
  • Review and critique deliverables from vendors and internal teams to provide recommendations to project managers.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in system or business analysis in an insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining/mapping.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory, with speaking proficiency being an advantage.
