The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing and mall management. You should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for managing leased spaces, developing tenant relationships, and implementing operational improvement initiatives across our terminals.

Key Qualifications:
A good degree in Business, Real Estate, Retail Management, or related disciplines. Strong sales analysis skills and numerical competency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
