Job Title: Corporate Attorney - Cross-Border M&A Expert
Salary: SGD 250,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Job Description
This role involves working with a full spectrum of cross-border corporate M&A and transactional work, particularly in sectors associated with technology, life-sciences or innovative industries. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate transactional documents including Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Convertible Notes, Restated and Amended Shareholders' Agreements and ancillary transaction documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating corporate transactional documents;
- Supporting the Directors in supervising deals and matters that they bring in;
- Mentoring more junior lawyers;
- Participating in new business development and growth initiatives through participation in strategic projects with high business impact and visibility;

Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years' experience in top-tier Singapore or international law-firm;
- Professional admission as a lawyer/Advocate/Solicitor/Attorney in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Singapore, Malaysia, England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada;
- Excellent academic background;
- Strong knowledge of law, and keen commercial judgement;
- Significant experience in managing and executing large volumes of work;
- Excellent technical skills with a practical approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to handle pressure and work to challenging deadlines;
- Excellent English communication, both verbal as well as written;
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and collegiate law-firm environment, and to work both autonomously and as part of a team as and when required;
