Lead Daily Operations and Deliver Excellent Service

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to oversee daily operations and guide a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service and smooth shop performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities including the opening and closing of the outlet, leading, training, and supporting team members, especially new hires, overseeing mise en place and ensuring smooth preparation for service, and managing order taking, preparation, and timely serving of food & drinks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing of the outlet.

  • Manage order taking, preparation, and timely serving of food & drinks.
  • Monitor adherence to company standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Handle POS operations and ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
  • Plan shift schedules, assign duties, and support staff performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure readiness for next day.
  • Assist in inventory control, stock checks, and placing orders.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about providing efficient and friendly service. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, highly motivated, and take initiative.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferably holds a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
