At RunSun Cloud PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of SGD 45,000 - SGD 55,000, depending on experience. Benefits include AWS and other allowances, as well as festival gifts.

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance and operational support, including tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phone calls. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing stationary supplies, maintaining office equipment, and providing meeting support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance and operational support
  • Manage stationary supplies and maintain office equipment
  • Support meetings by preparing materials
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum diploma or above in a related field, such as paralegal, accounting, business, or administration. They should also have relevant working experience in a related field and demonstrate strong skills in areas such as customer service, data entry, and team player.
