Job Description

The Spa Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest service by managing the reception, retail, and relaxation areas of the spa. This involves booking treatments, assisting guests, maintaining inventory, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.
  • Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa reception.
  • Courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel-related questions with guests in various modes of communication.
  • Perform duties as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a warm and friendly demeanor. You should also be proficient in managing inventory and handling customer inquiries.
