Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing remote and on-site cleaning and technical advice to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our vessels are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert cleaning and technical advice to clients on board our vessels
  • Perform super cargo services onboard, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard
  • Support sales teams during client visits, providing technical and cleaning support as needed
  • Board vessels to provide product usage support and training to crew members
  • Collaborate with the R&D group to test new products and develop best practices for cleaning and maintenance
  • Train staff and clients on chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures
  • Understand and communicate effectively about our product range and capabilities
  • Handle client queries and concerns, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Travel frequently as needed to perform duties on board our vessels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tank cleaning, either on board or in supercargo capacity
  • Extensive knowledge of chemical tanker operations, tank cleaning chemicals handling, and ship operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and handle diverse crews on board
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
