As a Locum Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' profiles, administering medication and food, and engaging with elderly patients to provide personalized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' profiles to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Medication and Food Administration: Administer medication and food to patients, including tube feeding, as required.
  • Patient Engagement: Engage with elderly patients to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with toileting, showering, and other personal care activities.
  • Case Notes: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes to track patients' progress and care plans.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Valid SNB Practising Licence: Possess a valid SNB practising licence to practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Valid BCLS: Hold a valid BCLS certification.
  • Minimum Certificate in Nursing: Possess a minimum certificate in nursing.
  • Compassionate Attitude: Demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
