Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing machine installation at customer sites. This involves ensuring that all machines are properly installed and functioning correctly.

Additionally, you will carry out preventive maintenance and implement machine improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. You will also handle machine-related issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.

In this role, you will conduct training for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment. This includes providing technical support and guidance to ensure they can get the most out of their investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Precision, Electronic or any other engineering fields
  • Candidates with hands-on knowledge but no professional working experience are welcome to apply too
  • Willingness to learn and passion for engineering
Benefits
  • 5 days work week (8:30 to 5:30 pm), Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday
  • 2 months of Fixed Bonus + Variable Bonus (Averagely 5 months to 8 months per year)
  • Additional Allowance provided (Minimum $550/month to $1,150/month)
  • Working location: Ubi/ Tai Seng
