APAC Energy Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Energy and Sustainability Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will be responsible for implementing energy management strategies and initiatives across our Asia Pacific sites.
About the Role
- Develop and implement energy management policies and procedures that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their energy management needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead site energy/sustainability meetings to set and agree on energy consumption reduction targets and monitor progress.
- Assist the Head of Energy & Sustainability in implementing company-wide energy and sustainability policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to energy management and sustainability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to promote energy management and sustainability best practices.
- Undertake research into current best practices in energy management and sustainability to inform strategy development.
- Monitor and report on energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions to ensure compliance with company targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in a related field such as engineering, environmental science or business.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management or sustainability roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful energy management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of energy management principles, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
