About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled Language Specialists with native-level fluency in Chinese to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be instrumental in teaching Large Language Models (LLMs) how to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.

This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to cutting-edge AI research. You'll have the chance to collaborate with experts from various fields and help design, test, and refine prompts that challenge AI models on cultural awareness, sensitivity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities
  1. Create diverse and challenging prompts to test AI models on cultural awareness, sensitivity, and adaptability.
  2. Develop scenarios that highlight cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, traditions, festivals, rituals, and social issues.
  3. Conduct research on cultural practices, linguistic variations, and regional norms to inform prompt design.
  4. Maintain structured documentation of prompts, responses, and evaluation results for model improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in prompt writing, content evaluation, linguistics, or cultural studies.
  • Strong knowledge of regional and cultural practices (one or more languages/regions preferred).
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to frame unbiased, clear, and context-rich prompts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to detect subtle cultural inaccuracies or omissions.
