About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Specialist to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. This role is responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with floor supervisors and managers to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare daily reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders, including room status updates and any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the Engineering department to coordinate maintenance requests and resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of lost property, inventory, and other administrative data.
  • Monitor and control key access, ensure proper use of equipment and facilities, and maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest requests, and investigate any issues or complaints.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Fluent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively and provide clear instructions.
  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
