Job Title: Radiology Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Nurse to join our healthcare team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough patient checks, respecting and protecting patients' rights and confidentiality at all times.
  • They will assess patient condition and complete safety checklists prior to procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment preparation and arrangement, as well as assisting with patient positioning for optimal imaging.
  • They will also support radiologists and/or surgeons during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will collect, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis when required.
  • They will coordinate with radiologists or surgeons to ensure smooth workflow and procedure scheduling.
  • The Radiology Nurse will guide and support new staff to maintain consistent, high-quality nursing care.
  • They will implement and uphold principles of sterility and aseptic techniques in all procedures.
  • The successful candidate will comply with infection control policies and procedures.
  • They will recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations involving patients or staff.
  • Accurate documentation of patient care, procedure details, and use of consumables/implants is essential.
  • Assisting in the management and safe custody of Controlled Drugs is also required.
  • The Radiology Nurse will replenish and maintain stock of surgical supplies and medications daily.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid SNB license.
  • Radiology experience is preferred.
