Senior Backend PHP Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to join our team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using PHP.

  • Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable and secure backend solutions using PHP/Java programming language.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and standards compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve defects.
  • Work closely with the QA team to support testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a PHP Developer, with expertise in either frontend or backend development. Full-stack proficiency is a plus.

Skills: Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with the related framework (e.g., Spring). Familiarity with securities concepts and secure coding practices, ensuring the development of robust and secure software applications.
