Logistics Assistant Job Summary
">Our company is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Support the receipt and dispatch of goods from the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and updating records accordingly.
- Prepare goods for shipping, adhering to safety and quality standards.
The Logistics Assistant will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe warehouse practices are maintained.
- Perform picking and packing of orders, meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and update inventory records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
The successful Logistics Assistant will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy or bulky goods (up to 15 kg) when required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems.
This role offers a stable and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
