Job Title: Lead Engineering Specialist - Hospital Redevelopment

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage engineering projects within a hospital redevelopment context. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met;
  • Maintaining project records and documentation;
  • Coordinating with site personnel and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience;
  • Prior experience in healthcare projects highly preferred;
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, IT integrations, and smart technologies;
  • Excellent planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects skills;
  • Able to conduct effective and productive stakeholder engagement sessions.
