Senior Construction Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING CO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD.
About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for a qualified professional to lead quality assurance efforts on construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Plan and coordinate concrete trial mixes as per specifications.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when activities deviate from approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Liaise with QPs/clients to close NCRs.
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, Quality Records, Test Results, Material Submissions, and Concrete Design Mixes for client approval.
- Maintain Project Quality Plans, Management Plans, and other Quality Records. Attend and/or arrange testing activities.
- Compile all test reports for submission to authorities via transmittal.
- Update monthly progress reports under quality matters for submission to authorities.
- Support external and internal quality audits.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
