Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at BW Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in raising debt financing, evaluating tenders and investments, managing loan portfolios and interest rate/other financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging debt funding to finance capital expenditure and working capital requirements, including financial modeling, information memo preparation, financial structuring and analysis, and financing document negotiation.
  • Develop, acquire and tender for FSRU, LNG vessel and renewable projects, including deal structuring, counterparty and project analysis, project documents negotiation, bankability studies and execution support.
  • Negotiate joint venture agreements, including valuation and returns analysis, negotiation of sales and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and financing-related documents.
  • Evaluate and propose measures to mitigate counterparty risk, including negotiation of refund guarantees, letters of credit and other forms of guarantee instruments.
  • Manage interest rate risk and other financial risks of each project or entity, including putting in place ISDA documentation.
  • Manage existing loan portfolios and relationships with banks and other internal/external stakeholders to meet financing/transactional requirements.
  • Forecast and monitor medium to long-term funding requirements of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with ESG developments and their impact on the industry and the company.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects or tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in financial modeling.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Team player with a positive learning attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
