As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels to our customers' doorsteps.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Preparation: Perform basic vehicle checks and prepare vehicles for delivery routes.
- Parcel Handling: Sort, label, scan, and pack in-bound parcels efficiently.
- Delivery Execution: Deliver parcels within assigned neighbourhood beats, managing delivery times to meet daily targets.
- Proof of Delivery: Use our mobile app to submit Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately and on time.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive company image and service standards during deliveries, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Driving License: Hold a clean record of Class 3 driving license.
- Communication Skills: Possess a pleasant personality, able to read, understand, and communicate in simple English.
- Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to lift loads of between 20kg – 40kg.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Customer Orientation: Display a friendly and customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: A 3-month probation salary of $2,500.00 a month (with CPF contribution).
- Annual Leave: 10 days annual leave.
- Supportive Team Environment: A supportive team environment that fosters growth and development.
- Location: Pick up cargo in Alexandra.
- Days: Mondays to Saturday.
- Timing: 8am to 6pm (with flexibility to finish the job earlier).
