Key Responsibilities:
  • Capturing and detailing business requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative sessions
  • Supporting project coordination by supervising deliverables and maintaining project timelines
  • Participating in client discovery workshops and contributing to solution design and configuration
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to analyze client data and support implementation of efficient solutions
  • Assisting with end-user training delivery and crafting supporting documentation
  • Implementing SDLC best practices through detailed documentation and quality assurance support
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing across teams and providing functional input to support sales teams
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on delivering regulatory reporting solutions with 3+ years working on Axiom
  • Familiarity with Capital Market concepts and excellent SQL skills
  • Experience with Axiom CV v9/10 and a strong curiosity about software implementation and process management
  • Ability to travel to client locations or other offices during implementation
Education Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulatory reporting functional concepts across different jurisdictions
  • Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps, and certified scrum master/knowledgeable in agile methodologies
  • Experience in SDLC lifecycles for regtech solutions and awareness of cloud computing fundamentals
