Our organization is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook Ads for one of our financial services clients, as well as creating engaging content for TikTok in support of another client's e-commerce brand. Key objectives include landing page optimization, ad performance tracking, trend research and idea generation, and analytics analysis.

In this role, the digital marketing specialist will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness across various social media platforms.

  • Landing Page Optimization: Improve user experience and conversion rates through targeted testing and iteration.
  • Facebook Ads Management: Develop and execute effective ad campaigns to reach target audiences and drive sales.
  • Ad Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze ad metrics to inform future advertising decisions.
  • TikTok Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Trend Research and Idea Generation: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and develop innovative ideas for content creation.
  • TikTok Analytics: Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
