Job Summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Carry out daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Support and Guidance: Assist residents with day-to-day issues, promote discipline, and serve as a mentor/role model.
  • Crisis Intervention: Assess, respond, and handle crises or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans developed by the treatment team.
  • Resident Support: Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience working with youth at-risk and be familiar with trauma-informed care principles.
  • Skills: Possess basic processing and counseling skills, as well as knowledge of common issues and disorders related to trauma and abuse.
  • Availability: Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekends/Public Holidays.
