About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through lead generation and qualify interest efficiently.
  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare quotations and arrange sales presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage time and productivity to meet business needs in a fast-paced open work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • A willingness to learn and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Ability to handle Chinese-speaking customers and adapt to diverse linguistic requirements.
