Salary and BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary of SGD $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical and annual leave.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Access Control Management: Monitor and control access to the company premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Traffic Control Duties: Manage traffic flow at designated drop-off and loading points.
- Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, documenting occurrences and reporting to management as necessary.
- Visitor Pass Issuance: Issue visitor/contractor passes in exchange for identification cards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- A valid PLRD license.
- Good observational skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
We value candidates with strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
