We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Professional to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of engineering and management professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Learner Development: You will be responsible for mentoring, facilitating competitions, and providing career guidance to our learners, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their full potential.
- Curriculum Development: You will develop, prepare, and deliver learning units, including curriculum review and course management, to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
- Industry Partnerships: You will spearhead and identify new opportunities, initiatives, and collaborations with industries, driving innovation and growth in our programs.
- Project Management: You will plan, lead, manage, undertake, and co-create curriculum-related industrial projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: You will engage in community outreach and public engagement activities, promoting our programs and services to a wider audience.
- Qualifications: You must hold relevant qualifications in Engineering or Business Analytics or a closely related field, with relevant certifications or professional qualifications also advantageous.
- Experience: You should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least one year of experience in each of the following areas:
- Business Engineering: Operations management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, innovation and entrepreneurship, and project management.
- Sustainable Technology and Analytics: Sustainability, focusing on business processes and product design, prototype development, data visualization, human-centric design, and systemic design thinking.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, industry partners, and learners.
- Teaching Experience: You must have proven teaching experience with an Institute of Higher Learning or similar institution and be proficient in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
