Senior Analyst, Real Estate Valuation

At ARGUS SOFTWARE (ASIA) PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Advisory business unit in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing mandates and supporting the valuation management and review process of commercial real estate portfolios across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of external third-party commercial real estate valuations across APAC, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness of valuation assumptions.
  • Analyse and review ARGUS, Forbury, or MS-Excel-based valuation models for accuracy and reasonableness, providing expert feedback to clients and third-party appraisers.
  • Supervise Analysts within the team on daily workflow management, reviewing preliminary reviews and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Assist the Team Director in managing the quarterly valuation review processes, working closely with clients to address their comments and questions.
  • Prepare presentations on review findings and portfolio metrics, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A university degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate valuation experience, with exposure in a valuation firm or a related field being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Fluency in English, with any additional Asian languages being an advantage.
