Job Description

The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, including conducting routine checks, monitoring and tracking the condition of our buildings, and addressing any issues that may arise.

This includes setting up media TV, IT, acoustic, iPad, and equipment, as well as ensuring aircon and lighting controls in media and conference/VIP rooms are in order at all times. The Senior Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing and handling inventory required for the sales gallery, including conducting stock takes of inventory, replenishment of bottled water, deliveries, parking, umbrellas, ingredients to make cocktails, and tracking expiry dates of perishables.

The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the deployment of manpower for events, handle the entire dining aspects of the event to ensure that guests' dining requirements are taken care of, and manage handovers and takeovers of properties where required.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily operations routine checks
* Monitor and track the condition of our buildings
* Address any issues that may arise
* Set up media TV, IT, acoustic, iPad, and equipment
* Ensure aircon and lighting controls in media and conference/VIP rooms are in order at all times
* Manage and handle inventory required for the sales gallery

Requirements

* Diploma in Property Management/Hospitality
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar field
* Well-versed in Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices and safety regulations
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
