Semiconductor Equipment Specialist
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and optimizing semiconductor probe equipment in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration and repairs on probe stations and associated equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers to optimize probe processes for yield improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs and performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with high-tech equipment.
- Training: Train new technicians and operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components and circuits.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with job responsibilities and shift assignments (able to perform 12-hour work shifts).
