Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Research Manager to lead our research initiatives and develop in-depth research reports that provide unique insights and actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the research function, establishing best practices for primary and secondary research, and delivering compelling, defendable insights across integrated disciplines in both crypto and finance.

S/he will scope and implement research projects, from identifying information gaps through to successfully reporting results and implications.

A key responsibility will be to synthesize and prioritize research questions within the organization, working with strategy leadership, the executive team, and cross-functional product groups.

This role also requires formulating original theses on blockchain trends and technologies, using these as the foundation for research, with the ability to take a long-term view.

The ideal candidate should stay abreast of key developments in the blockchain space, with the ability to produce timely reports as needed.

Furthermore, s/he will engage with industry stakeholders, including investors, developers, and other professionals, to gather insights and validate research findings.

Representing the company at industry events and on social media platforms, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the blockchain community is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
