Job Title: Baker and Cake Maker

We are looking for a skilled Baker and Cake Maker to join our team. As an Assistant Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking breads and making cakes in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads and make cakes according to company standards and client requirements
  • Ensure that the kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils are always clean and sanitized
  • Process all food according to government and regulatory control
  • Report any faulty equipment to the superior immediately
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients, and government
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior
  • Be deployed to company group's outlets or central kitchen

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
  • Able to learn and adapt swiftly
  • Able to work individually and efficiently in a team
  • Able to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
