Housekeeper Job Description

As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

  • Cleaning Duties: Cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Room Preparation: Preparing rooms for new guests, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing toiletries.
  • Guest Service: Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful as a housekeeper, you will need:

  • Secondary Education: A secondary education or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and colleagues.
