Watch Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Watch Technician to join our team.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services for luxury timepieces.
• Key responsibilities include polishing watch cases and bracelets to achieve high-quality, brand-consistent finishes.

Our Watch Technician will be responsible for:

• Assessing and diagnosing luxury watches to determine required repairs and servicing needs.
• Executing technical interventions such as full servicing, maintenance, part replacements, and other related procedures.
• Ensuring the quality and precision of all completed repairs and services.
• Conducting thorough quality control checks in line with technical specifications and brand standards.
• Working collaboratively with fellow technicians to fulfill polishing and maintenance requests.
• Maintaining accurate service records and technical documentation; reporting recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or a Certificate of Competency in watch repair or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in watch repair, servicing, and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
