French Language Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Language Educator to lead our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging lesson plans to foster maximum student engagement and understanding.
  • Encourage students to communicate in the language they have studied in a range of contexts.
  • Develop international-mindedness through the study of languages, cultures, and ideas.
  • Adjust teaching practices to support differentiated learning.
  • Provide students with opportunities for intellectual engagement and the development of critical-thinking skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate & Bachelor in Education (French) with a strong educational background and teaching experience.
  • PREFERRED: Masters in the desired Subject with International Teaching Qualification / Certificate that qualifies for accreditation according to IB educational system OR Cambridge Curriculum, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Computer literacy, required to work on software applications and technology tools.
  • Fluent English Level: reading, writing, speaking; a professional command of the English language, enabling clear communication and collaboration.
  • Strong technology application skills, leveraging digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Ability to support Blended cum Hybrid Learning, promoting flexibility and adaptability in teaching practices.

Child Protection:

  • Ensure a safe classroom environment, free from hazards, and be aware of emergency protocols.
  • Recognize signs of distress, abuse, or other issues that might affect a child's emotional and physical well-being.
  • Understand and adhere to mandatory reporting laws, ensuring that any concerns about a student's safety or well-being are promptly and properly reported.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to students unless disclosure is necessary for the safety of the child or as required by law.
