Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all architectural works on site, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Attend meetings with clients and consultants to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Provide feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
  • Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability, and impact on different disciplines.
  • Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Architect, Structural, and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
  • Liaise with architect, design consultant, and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
  • Prepare, interpret, and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/shop drawings, as-built, etc.) in relation to the project.
  • Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference.
  • To check, coordinate, and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings.
  • To Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties.
  • Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural.
  • Discipline 5 years experience in architectural finishing works.
  • Competent in Autocad/BIM.
