Job Opportunity: Beauty Service Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality beauty services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service and service quality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide beauticians in delivering professional beauty services
  • Oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor product inventory and support stock management
  • Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in beauty/wellness
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to provide guidance while fostering a positive work environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends

Benefits:

  • 8 hour working hours (one day off per week)
  • Salary: 3500 - 6500 SGD
