Senior Specialist, Robotics Process Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering key automation initiatives for Finance stakeholders and working closely with subject matter experts to design high-quality automations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation projects and contribute to AI initiatives. You will have the possibility of becoming familiar with Agoda's finance ecosystem and working with Gen AI technology to deliver efficiency-saving automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance to understand their needs and develop effective automation solutions.
  • Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Become familiar with Agoda's finance ecosystem and work with Gen AI technology to deliver efficiency-saving automation projects.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience with RPA tools, with at least 5 in combined Blue Prism & Power Platform.
  • End-to-end delivery of at least 10 projects using Power Platform and Blue Prism individually.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within Finance and cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
  • Accounting/Financial knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of ITGC controls, SOX Compliance.
  • Process mining (Celonis), OCR (Rossum), Alteryx knowledge.
  • Experience in full-stack development – UI/UX/API dev/backend/Postgres.
