Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects across Southeast Asia. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients, to deliver projects that meet or exceed technical, financial, and schedule requirements.

  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, construction sequencing, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversight of site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to senior management and clients.
  • Evaluate and manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor fabrication facilities or data center construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technically complex projects across multiple phases and geographies.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to lead meetings and produce professional documentation.
  • Ability to relocate within Southeast Asia based on project requirements.
