Job Overview

As a Casino Surveillance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective relationship with guests and ensuring their requirements are met through prompt and accurate information relaying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional image in all dealings with customers;
  • Meet the customers' requirements and expectations;
  • Analyze information from information technology systems;
  • Respond to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systems;
  • Operate Central Monitoring/Communication Console;
  • Observe and analyze non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas using advanced surveillance and information technology systems;
  • Monitor Team Members in accordance with company policies, internal controls, SOP's and associated regulations;
  • Monitor illegal or suspicious activity of Team Members and customers and escalating as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Secondary graduate or better;
  • No experience required;
  • Literate in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays;
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills;
