Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at STRAITDEER PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our department. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive daily administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and travel arrangements.

You will act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring accurate and timely information flow and follow-up. This role also involves organizing meetings, managing daily tasks, and offering general administrative support, including filing and payment schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive daily administrative support including but not limited to scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring accurate and timely information flow and follow-up.
  • Assist in the scheduling and organizing of meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Assist department payment schedule, and daily reimbursement.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Office receptionist duties such as welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, prepare and serve refreshments for visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the intended recipients.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects and or employee engagement and events as required.
  • Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by the supervisor

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
