  • Reinforcement: Working with rebar and other reinforcement materials to strengthen the concrete structure, ensuring durability and longevity.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to strict safety regulations and building codes, maintaining a safe working environment for self and others.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other construction team members, including concrete finishers, carpenters, and site supervisors, to achieve project goals and timelines.
