Lumens PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Consultant at Lumens, you will be responsible for providing stellar after-sales support to our drivers, ensuring they have a smooth ride with our company. Your primary goal is to make every driver feel supported, heard, and valued. You will be the first point of contact for drivers' requests and concerns, resolving them with efficiency and care.

You will regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and check on their experience. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for re-contract deals, upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts, and build strong, lasting relationships with our drivers, ensuring they always feel part of the Lumens family.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, such as Sales, Account Manager, or Customer Service. They possess a passion for helping and interacting with people, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
