Lead Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Data Governance Specialist to establish a comprehensive data governance framework and implement effective data management practices across the organization.

  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish a data governance roadmap to prioritize and address key data management initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data governance initiatives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in data governance, specifically leading engagements with senior stakeholders on data governance and designing data governance frameworks.
  • Expert skills in Agile/Program Management, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, Stakeholder Management, Communications & Training, Tableau.
  • Intermediate skills in DataIKU, Master Data Management, Data Security, Data Sovereignty, Risk Management.
  • Foundational knowledge in business information systems.
