Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Human Resources Department as an HR Administrator Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Managers in managing the full-spectrum of HR duties, including day-to-day operations and events/project management. You will also assist in preparing employment contracts, memos, and other necessary correspondence.
- You will be expected to work closely with internal customers, dormitory staff, vendors, and related parties to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of employee medical claims and other relevant data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process work passes renewals and applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify overtime hours and allowances for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes will be handled by you, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the HR system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs, sourcing suitable courses, registering participants, and tracking progress.
- Foster effective communication with employees, disseminating important announcements and updates regarding policies, events, and other matters.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
Requirements
Diploma Requirements- A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience is essential, with a proven track record of successfully handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports as needed.
