Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of clinical studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth collection and dispatch of biological specimens, as well as monitoring of adverse events and safety reporting.
  • Managing the entry and validation of study data, extraction of relevant information from medical records, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigator files and other essential documentation.
  • Preparing and sorting information before entering data into databases and maintaining data entry accuracy and quality levels to support team productivity and efficiency.
  • Resolving incomplete information and data discrepancies.
  • Coordinating scheduling and visits for stakeholders and study participants, as well as related finances and logistics.
  • Providing support in other functions such as general administration or coordination as required.

Requirements:

A minimum degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Biological Specimen Management: Ensure timely and accurate collection and dispatch of biological specimens.

- Data Management: Manage the entry and validation of study data, ensuring accuracy and quality.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate scheduling and visits for stakeholders and study participants, including related finances and logistics.
