Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of SWIFT messages and system management. Your daily operations, settlements, and reconciliations across loans, treasury trades, and securities transactions require high accuracy.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Validate SWIFT messages and manage systems to ensure smooth processing.
  • Drive accuracy in daily operations, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain robust standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure compliance, and implement best practices.
  • Support business growth through system upgrades, new product rollouts, and operational enhancements.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve trade settlement issues and deliver top-quality service.
  • Monitor payments, manage timelines, and ensure complete, accurate trade capture and cash flow reconciliation.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives in futures, options, and treasury operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in international banking, specifically in wholesale loans, treasury products, and fund/structured finance, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of Treasury Operations, SWIFT, and market systems; Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Added advantage: Familiarity with FX, Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives, plus prior loan experience.
  • Detail-oriented mindset: Passion for accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
