Senior Leadership Role

Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing programs and driving strategic relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, planning, and execution, as well as strong influencing skills to gain executive alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor project activities and facilitate communication to ensure completion on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve commitments and meet customer-focused scorecards.
  • Chair steering team committees with key customers for business and operational reviews and escalations.
  • Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments on actual versus budgeted numbers.
  • Oversee new product launches with support from functional group expertise teams.
  • Create plans to create touchpoints to visit or interact with customers to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop work systems and processes that drive productivity and initiate continuous improvement projects.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement programs to reduce waste, reduce cost, reduce errors, and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in program management and planning.
  • Strong influencing skills to gain executive alignment and mobilize resources.
  • Proven track records of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to evaluate, coach, and motivate employees.
  • Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
  • Certified Project Management Professional is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic reporting tools i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, and Macro.
