Part-Time Admin Assistant

 

Job Overview:

The Part-Time Admin Assistant will be responsible for coordinating CSR initiatives, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and performing data entry and documentation tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with corporate partners on CSR initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and delivery schedules
  • Process orders, maintain order records, and follow up on deliveries
  • Monitor product stock levels
  • Liaise with production teams and vendors for restocking
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports
  • Handle client enquiries and provide timely updates
  • Coordinate delivery details with partners
  • Assist with document preparation, report consolidation, and ad-hoc admin tasks

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, 1-2 years' experience in administration, sales support, or customer service, and strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
